Allentown Splash Park will close at 12 pm on Saturday, May 21 for staff training.

Can the COVID-19 virus spread through pools and hot tubs?

  • “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”

We are currently hiring. Applicants must be 16 years of age to work for M-NCPPC. All you need to get started is a great work attitude and a completed Aquatics Employment Application. Search online for the positions for which you are qualified. Please note that not all positions are advertised year-round.

Outdoor Pool


The outdoor Splash Zone is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Outdoor Amenities

  • 6 lighted tennis courts with access to restrooms
  • Basketball courts
  • Birthday party rental areas by reservation
  • Diving well
    • No longer have a diving board
    • Aqua climbing wall
    • Water depths of 7 to 10 feet
  • Family pool
    • 2, 25 meter lap lanes
    • Water depths between 2 and 5 feet
    • Spray features
    • Water slides
    • Crossing features
  • Picnic areas
  • Separate entrance to Splash Zone at the rear of the building
  • Shower/changing facilities
  • Tot/children’s pool
    • Water depths between zero-depth entry to 1 foot
    • Water slide
  • Vending area

Indoor Pool


General Swim

The Training Pool and Main Pool are available with a minimum of two lap lanes available.
  

Adult Swim

The pool will be open for adults 18 and older. Children under age 18, who pass the M-NCPPC swim test, are allowed to swim laps during Adult Swim.

Indoor Amenities

  • 6 lane, 25-yard pool: Water depths between 2.5 and 10 feet
  • Birthday party rental area by reservation
  • Fitness room with cardio machines and weights
  • Hot tub/spa
  • Multi-purpose room
  • Shower/changing facilities with lockers (bring your own lock)
  • Television lounge
  • Training pool: Water depths between 2.5 and 3 feet
  • Two detached fitness/spinning/program spaces
  • Vending area

Birthday Party Packages


Due to COVID-19, we are not currently offering birthday packages.

Food Guidelines (M-NCPPC Outdoor Pools Only) 


The following items are NOT permitted in the facility:
  • Balloons
  • Confetti
  • Table Covers
  • Decorations
  • Pinata
  • Cakes/Cupcakes,
  • Desserts
  • Trays/Platters
  • Plates larger than 12” across
  • Slow Cooker/Crock Pot
  • Glass
  • Alcohol
  • Shellfish
  • Food storage packages larger than 1 pint or 1 gallon Ziploc
  • Food on the deck (The deck is the concrete areas directly surrounding pool)
  • Heating devices or flames.
