Ladies, lace up your sneakers and bring your work ethic to the center for an afternoon of hoops. Come out and get an intensive workout. We will work on shooting, ball handling, and defense. We will be doing some of the same drills that hoops stars Sue Bird, Alana Beard, Diana Taurasi do on a daily basis.
